Unless otherwise stated (e.g. during a promotional period or if a discount code has been issued), our delivery options and charges are as follows:

Denmark

Showroom collection: Free (n.b. showroom collection is only available Monday and Wednesday 11.00-17.00 and Friday 11.00-16.00.) 

ParcelShop delivery: FREE

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges should be sent to: Britt Sisseck Design ApS, Sankt Annae Plads 11, Baghuset, 1250 Copenhagen, Denmark

Within Denmark and the EU, return labels are provided for convenience (you will find this in the box with your order). If the return label is used, we will charge 62.50 kr. (around €8) for the return shipment (this will be deducted from the refund and does not apply to exchanges).

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, and the second shipment will be free of charge, provided the required size and style is available.

Returns can only be accepted if sent back to us within 30 days of your receipt of the parcel (or until 9 January for Christmas gifts purchased before 10 December).

Sale items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all the original tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are undamaged and which have not been used, worn, washed or altered in any way..

We will confirm we have received and processed the returns via email, within 10 business days.

Within the EU, for convenience we will send return labels with the original shipment. If the return label is used, we will charge 62.50kr. for the return shipment (this will be deducted from the refund and does not apply to exchanges).

Please keep a receipt as proof of postage. You are responsible for the return expenses. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
