RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Within Denmark and the EU, return labels can be requested through the above portal. If the return label is used, we will charge 62.50 kr. (around €8) for the return shipment (this will be deducted from the refund and does not apply to exchanges).

Exchanges will be free of charge, provided the required size and style is available.

Returns can only be accepted if sent back to us with receipt of the parcel, and all items are in original condition and packaging.

For returns outside of the EU customers are responsible for cost of return to our warehouse (address above). Britt Sisseck takes no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit, and orders will not be refunded until goods are physically checked by our team in Copenhagen.

Returns can only be accepted if sent back to us with receipt of the parcel.

Sale items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all the original tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are undamaged and which have not been used, worn, washed or altered in any way.

We will confirm we have received and processed the returns via email, within 10 business days of arrival to our warehouse.

Please keep a receipt as proof of postage. You are responsible for the return expenses. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
