RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

PLEASE FIRST REGISTER YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITH OUR PORTAL HERE.

 

Within Denmark and the EU, return labels can be requested through the above portal. We charge a return handling fee of 65kr. (around €8) for all returns, including those returned to our Copenhagen showroom (this will be deducted from the refund and does not apply to exchanges).

Exchanges will be free of charge, provided the required size and style is available.

Returns can only be accepted if sent back to us with receipt of the parcel, and all items are in original condition and packaging.

For returns outside of the EU customers are responsible for cost of return to our warehouse (address below). Britt Sisseck takes no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit, and orders will not be refunded until goods are physically checked by our team in Copenhagen.

'The Market' or 'Sale' items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all the original tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are undamaged and which have not been used, worn, washed or altered in any way.

We will confirm we have received and processed the returns via email, within 10 business days of arrival to our warehouse.

Please keep a receipt as proof of postage. You are responsible for the return expenses. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

SAVE A SHIRT

All Save-a-Shirt items are eligible for return within 14 days.

You can register your return by scanning the QR code on the delivery note. If you cannot access this, please contact customer service on info@brittsisseck.com.
